Australian variety, very similar to 'Ivory Egg'.

Pale yellow/ivory skin turning red/pink when fully ripe, with green shoulder marks.
Thick flesh with a deliciously sweet flavour and a hint of lemon. Can be used for preserving or sauce making.
Large plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Abundant production from mid-season.
