Large, two-coloured pink and yellow fruit weighing up to 500 grams, flattened beefsteak type, ribbed at the top and with rippled or even curved shoulders for the largest sizes. Clusters of 2 to 3 fruits.
Orange-yellow beef flesh with red marbling in the centre. Excellent sweet flavour with no acidity.
Good resistance to shattering.
