Firm paste-like flesh with little or no gel. Excellent sweet taste.
Very popular in Italy, its main use is for canning, sauce-pastry, but it is also appreciated fresh in salads.
Vigorous plant with abundant foliage, indeterminate growth.
Abundant and regular mid-season production.
