Little-known variety from the USA, developed by John Siegel, who is also the developer of "Chocolate stripes" which it resembles less round and more ribbed.

Average size fruit of +/- 250 grams, beefsteak type with variable shape depending on the size, more or less flattened, ribbing at the top, plump or even curved shoulders.

Dark chocolate brown color irregularly striped with dark green.

Purple beef meat marbled with pink fleshy and juicy. Intense, rich and well-balanced flavor.

Plant with moderate development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Production in waves from mid-season until frost.
