Chuck Yellow - Chuck's Yellow Beefsteak - Beefsteak Chuck's Yellow is said to have been named after Chuck Wyatt, a Maryland seed grower. Featured in the 1995 Seed Savers Yearbook.
Large orange-yellow fruit weighing 250-500 grams, flattened and ribbed at the top, rippled shoulders that tend to curve on larger fruits. Wide and deep depression at the stem attachment.
Dense, fleshy beefy flesh with a creamy texture. Rich, balanced flavour, deliciously sweet, rivals Yellow Brandywine.
