Dense, thick paste-like flesh containing little gel. High carotene and dry matter content. Good sweet taste. Multiple uses: fresh consumption, canning, coulis and drying.
Compact vigorous plant with large stems, small development, regular foliage with large and wide leaflets, determined growth.
Generous mid-season production.
Variety particularly resistant to heat as well as to diseases (verticillium wilt, fusariosis, TMV...) and with a great storage capacity, up to 2 months!
