Small-sized fruit most often very round, sometimes "mini" beefsteak with rounded shoulders for the larger ones.
Yellowish-green epidermis streaked with darker green, blue shoulders signaling the presence of anthocyanins.
Dense and juicy flesh with a delicious and sweet flavor, to be eaten "al dente" quickly loses its taste qualities if too ripe.
Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
