Heirloom variety, from Tania O'Neill's family, originating from Yalta, Ukraine. One of the 100 varieties mentioned in Carolyn Homme's book: "100 heirloom tomatoes for American garden".
Large pink fruit with greenish shoulders, 180 to 600 grams, more or less heart-shaped with discreetly rounded and ribbed shoulders. Clusters of 2 to 3 fruits.
Flesh of extremely dense beef with very small lodges containing little gel and very few seeds.
Very good, balanced, rich and fruity flavor.
Plant with very large development, +/- 2.20 meters, and with vaporous foliage.
