Ribbed, beefsteak-like fruit weighing 200 to 500 grams, slightly flattened at the poles and with rounded shoulders.
Two-tone skin, yellow veiled with red.
Yellow beef flesh with red veins, full and juicy. Typical bicolor flavor, well-balanced.
Moderate development, small stems, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Generous seasonal production.
NB: there are 2 other varieties, Dorothy's Mennonite Big Heart and Dorothy's Mennonite Beefsteak, with the same name.
