Fruit of 200 to 350 grams of the Beefsteak type slightly flattened with plump poles and shoulders.
Two -color epidermis, yellow veiled in red.
Yellow beef flesh veined with red, full and juicy. Typical flavor of bicolors, well balanced.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Generous season production.
NB: There are 2 other varieties, Dorothy's Mennonite Big Heart and Dorothy's Mennonite Beefsteak, bearing the same name.
