Fruit weighing 200 to 700 grams, beefsteak-like, slightly flattened at the poles, ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders.
Shiny green skin fading to amber at maturity, shoulders remaining green.
Juicy, beefy flesh. One of the best "vertes" with a tangy, refreshing flavor. Unfortunately, like all "vertes", it needs to be eaten quickly, and loses its taste quickly when fully ripe.
Hyper-powerful plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Generous production in the second half of the season.
