Heirloom variety originating from Tennessee, USA for some and Australia for others! The particularity of this variety is its blue green "hairy" foliage.
Synonyms: Smoky Mountain - Smokey Mountain.
Red fruit with a "hairy" skin, weighing 100 to 150 grams, with a variable shape that can be round with slightly rippled shoulders or heart-shaped or slightly stretched plum-shaped. Medium depression at the stem attachment.
Juicy flesh with a well-balanced flavour. Versatile variety: as good in salads as cooked or in coulis.
Good mid-season production.
