Very little information on this variety, it is only referenced on the Jardins de tomates website. Seeds obtained during an exchange with a collector from across the Atlantic. No traceability.

Pretty fruit of +/-200 grams, flattened beefsteak type with rounded or lobed shoulders.

Yellow colour with green shoulders that turn yellow only when fully ripe, with a pinkish red blush on the apical part when ripe.

Dense and juicy beefy flesh. Good old-fashioned tomato flavour.
