A recent variety, 1999, originating from France, resulting from the crossing of "Ivory egg" and "Poire jaune", created by Sébastien Berthier.
Small pear-shaped fruit weighing 60 to 100 grams, creamy white with a pinkish tinge when fully ripe. Cluster of 6 to 12 fruits.
Mild, sweet flavour with a hint of acidity.
Very good production until frost.
