Historical variety, developed by Livingston, USA. Pink fruit of medium size, 200 to 300 grams.
A very old historical variety, developed by A.W Livingston and introduced commercially in 1896.
Pink fruit of average size of +/- 200 grams, sometimes exceeding 300 grams. Round beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, with discreetly rounded shoulders and ribbed at the top. Clusters of 4/5 fruits.
Juicy, thick-walled flesh. Typical old-fashioned tomato flavour, good acid/sugar balance.
Plant has a large growth habit.
Good shelf life +/-10/15 days after harvest. Naturally resistant to shattering and cracking.
Generous production in the second half of the season.
