Fruit weighs 200-450 grams, beefsteak-like, flattened and with heavily ribbed and/or curved shoulders.
Light yellow to white in colour, sometimes with a pink blush on the shoulders.
Yellow, creamy-textured, fleshy and juicy beef flesh with few seeds.
Taste perfectly balanced between sweetness and acidity, rich and complex flavour.
Fragile fruit with a thin skin and a tendency to burst.
