Pink fruit that can weigh more than 300 grams, with an unusual plum-like shape that is almost conical and ends in a more or less developed and curved tip.

Full paste-like flesh with little gel. Aromatic, sweet flavour with a hint of acidity. Particularly suitable for making sauces and coulis.

Vigorous and hardy plant with large growth, wispy foliage, indeterminate growth. Like all elongated varieties, it shows a certain sensitivity to apical necrosis (black ass).
