Originally from the USA, developed in 1983 by Bowling Green in Ohio and Leamington in Ontario for HeinzSeed to create a variety adapted to the climate of Eastern Canada and the USA.
Bright red round fruit with a diameter of 6-9 cm. Well balanced sweet/acidic old tomato flavour.
Well suited to canning but also good for salads. Determined growth, the plant is quite large and bulky, so it should be placed a little to the side.
High yielding and long lasting.
