Variety originating from the Sichuan province in China.
Attractive fruit weighing 200 to 300 grams and measuring +/- 8 cm in diameter, pale yellow, creamy, covering with a pink blush when ripe. Flattened beefsteak type with more or less rounded and ribbed shoulders.
Juicy, clear, almost transparent beef flesh with a slight pink colour in the centre. Multi-logged with lots of gel and juicy.
Good sweet flavour that some may find bland.
