Variety originating in the USA, developed by Glecker Seedmen from a mutation of 'Orange Oxheart'.
Synonyms: Great white - Grosse blanche - Great white beefsteak - Bianca grande.
Large fruit over 300 grams, creamy white, flat and ribbed.
Pink marbled beef flesh with a mild, sweet flavour, good acid/sugar balance, contains few seeds.
Hardy and abundant foliage. Can be eaten quickly but does not keep well.
Susceptible to circular cracking.
