A recent variety resulting from a fortuitous hybridization in the greenhouses of the RéAgir association in Lestrem in the north of France. Stabilised since 2005, it was named after the 2009 Haverskerque tomato festival.
Large red fruit weighing more than 300 grams, slightly flattened but strongly ribbed all over the body. Large depression at the stem attachment, trace of umbilicus in corky point. 8 to 9 sepals.
Dense flesh, greenish gel, multi-located, ideal for stuffing.
