Long thin, cylindrical and more or less sinuous/curved fruit that can reach 80 cm in length!
Shiny purplish-pink epidermis.
Thin skin, tender flesh with a mild flavor without bitterness.
Widely used in traditional Asian cuisine, especially for soups.
Good seasonal production +/- 65 to 70 days.
NB: dull skin is a sign of very advanced maturation.
