A very old variety originating from Russia, its name translated as "lady's fingers".

Bright red fruit weighing 60 to 100 grams, elongated cylindrical plum type, 5 to 10 centimetres long, sometimes slightly ribbed. Clusters of 6 to 8 fruits.

Fleshy and juicy flesh with 2 to 3 compartments containing few seeds. Good sweet and fragrant taste.

Very suitable for canning whole fruit.

Compact plant with small development, regular emerald green foliage, determined growth.

Good production early in the season.

Particularly resistant to adverse weather conditions, rain/cold and cracking/bursting.
