Inheritance said to be from the USA, the original seed from Ed.Tuxhorn, Maine.
Large fruit from 500 grams to 1 kilo, flattened beefsteak type with well-marked ribbing at the top and plump or even curved shoulders.
Yellow epidermis mottled with orange-red, green marks on the shoulders.
Dense, juicy two-tone yellow marbled red beef meat with very few seeds.
Very good flavor with exotic notes,
Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
