Large fruit from 500 grams to 1 kilo, flattened beefsteak type with well-marked ribbing at the top and plump or even curved shoulders.
Yellow epidermis mottled with orange-red, green marks on the shoulders.
Dense, juicy two-tone yellow marbled red beef meat with very few seeds.
