Very old heirloom variety native to the mountains of Barnes Estill County, Kentucky. Featured in the 2009 Seed Savers Yearbook.
Large pink fruit of 250 grams to more than a kilo of beefsteak type, slightly flattened with a more or less pronounced waving at the shoulders.
Fleshy beefy flesh with a very sweet flavor but not without acidity, good taste of old tomatoes.
Plant with great development in good conditions of culture can reach 3 m.
Resistant variety with a good production in the second part of the season, regular until the frost.
