Variety originating in the USA, spontaneous crossing of "1884" and an unknown yellow tomato, developed by Darrel Merrell.
Fruit generally 200 to 400 grams, strongly flattened and ribbed round beefsteak type.
Pale yellow skin with pink veiled flesh. Very thin skin, tendency to crack.
Beef flesh with a sweet flavor free from acidity, note that as with all tomatoes with flesh veiled in pink, the more pink is present, the more the flavor is pronounced.
