Huge fruit weighing 200 to 350 grams, square in shape, lobed with a tormented surface that can exceed 20 cm in length and 10 cm in diameter at the shoulders.
Ripens from green to bright yellow.
Flesh thick-walled, fleshy and juicy with a mild flavor. Use fresh, grilled or fried.
Generous seasonal production (green +/- 70 days - yellow +/- 90 days).
