Fruit from 150 to 300 grams, of the flattened beefsteak type with a start of ribbing at the top and with more or less plump shoulders depending on the size.
Yellow epidermis with a slight pink tinge when ripe, at the level of the umbilicus, more visible in the second half of the season.
Thick and juicy beef. Sweet and fragrant flavor.
