Recent variety from one of the Red Jazz lines, developed by Fred Hempel. According to the latter, this variety would produce more than Red Jazz.

Fruit of 200 to 450 grams of beefsteak type, round slightly flattened at the poles and with more or less marked ribbing on the upper 2/3 of the fruit.

Yellow robe speckled with rose.

Dense and juicy yellow beef flesh marbled with pink in the center.

Strong plant with large stem, great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Very good and regular mid-season production.
