Rare variety said to originate in the USA.
Fruit from 250 to 400 grams, beefsteak type, flattened, ribbed in the upper part and with rounded shoulders.
Two-tone robe, orange-yellow covering with a more intense red/pink blush at maturity on the apical part, the fruit at full maturity becomes almost entirely red/pink.
Fleshy and juicy beef, two-tone orange veined with red. Excellent fruity and well-balanced flavor.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good mid-season production.
