A recent variety from the USA, created by Brad Gates at Wild Boar Farms (translation means pork chop). Seems to be an evolution of "Big Yellow Zebra" (or just the same under a new name)!
Small to medium sized fruit, true yellow with green streaks that turn gold at maturity.
Beef steak type flesh with a sweet citrus flavour. One of the best yolks he has tasted according to Brad Gates.
