Fruit of 200 to 400 grams of bulging beefsteak type, ribbing in the upper part and plump shoulders.
Red skin (yellow skin) unlike Marianna Peace who is pink (light skin).
Dense beef with a creamy texture. Subtle, rich and well-balanced flavor.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good and regular harvests in the second half of the season.
