Commercial variety originating from Poland. The literal translation of its name is "Amber". There are reportedly two distinct varieties with the same name from Poland, both producing orange-yellow fruit. The difference is in size and shape.
Fruit 200-600 grams, beefsteak type, round, flattened at the poles and discretely ribbed at the top.

Shiny orange-yellow skin. Dense and fleshy flesh. Good flavour. Versatile variety for use fresh or for making sauces and coulis. Good post-harvest shelf life.
