Fruit from 150 to 300 grams, flattened beefsteak type with curved shoulders, the larger ones have an irregular shape. Bouquets of 4 to 6 fruits.
Orange-yellow color with reddish marbling.
Beef meat with a rich and exceptional flavor.

Dry, hot conditions cause fruit to turn more red than yellow.
