Large fruit of the type cubic lobed block, being able to reach 25 cm length for 7 to 8 cm broad.
Ripens from green to orange-red through yellow.
Sweet and fruity flavor. Generally used when green, the fruit can also be eaten red when ripe. Excellent roasted, in salads, stir-fries and even stuffed.
