DICE'S MYSTERY BLACK
American origin. Red-brown fruit weighing 100 to 180 grams, round and flattened, with similarities to "Crimean Black".
This variety was discovered by 'Dice' Clayton Weaver in his garden in 2007. The seed of this "off type" plant came from a bag of "Galina's Yellow". Cultivated by other gardeners, the variety was stable and it was deduced that it was a "parasitic" seed that was in the bag.
Reddish-brown fruit weighing 100-180 grams, round and flattened, with similarities to 'Crimean Black' but smaller.
Juicy flesh with a creamy texture. Mild flavour for a black tomato.
