Native variety of Russia, seeds resulting from the collection of Tamara Yaschenko, Siberia. Its name translated gives: beauty Bashkirie. (Bashkirie is a republic, member of the Russian federation, between the Ural and the Volga).
Big dark pink fruit of 300 to 500 grams, heart-shaped.
Fleshy flesh, with a small stone, multiloges containing very few seeds. Very good sweet taste.
As good to use fresh as in coulis or paste.
Compact plant with a sickly appearance and wispy, drooping foliage.
Variety adapted to cool summer and/or short season regions.
