Heirloom variety from Romania, brought to the West by Jan Antohi, a Romanian acrobat.
Conical, pointed and lobed fruit +/- 10 cm long and +/- 5 cm in diameter at the shoulders.
Ripens from pale yellow to red.
Fruity flavor. Multiple uses, frying, stuffed, salad etc...
Sturdy and vigorous plant of +/- 70 cm with excellent mid-season production (yellow +/- 55 days - red +/- 80 days).
Variety well suited for regions with a short season or cool summer.
