Heirloom variety originating from the Caribbean.
Variety resembling 'Listada da Gandia' but producing longer fruits, +/- 20 cm and +/- 8 cm in diameter.
White epidermis finely striped with violet.
White flesh, tender with a sweet flavor devoid of bitterness.
Good production in the second half of the season +/- 90 to 95 days.
Robust plant with great development.
NB: it would seem that the germination of the seeds of this variety is delicate, it is advisable to leave them in the cold for a few days and to soak them in lukewarm water overnight the day before sowing.
