Heirloom variety of Hispanic-Canadian origin. The original seed of this variety came from Spain. It has been cultivated since the 1960s by Réginald Lefebvre and his children in Richelieu, Quebec, Canada.
Dark red fruit weighing 180 to 250 grams, paste type, more or less elongated plum.
Fleshy and juicy, ideal for making coulis and pastes. Excellent flavour.
Very good production from mid-season.
