Large, dark pink, purplish fruit, 250-450 grams, beefsteak type, round, flattened with regular ribbing at the top and rippled shoulders.
Full, fleshy and juicy beefy flesh, multi-lobed. Excellent flavour.
Note that this is also the name of a bean well known in the USA.
