Variety originally from Italy, brought to the USA by a family of immigrants.
Large red fruit weighing 250 to 500 grams, blunt heart-shaped to pear-shaped.
Fleshy and dense chair, sometimes a few hollow cells. Delicious flavor. Main use for making dough and coulis.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very good production from mid-season until frost. Good uniformity in fruit size.
