A recent variety, developed within the Dwarf Tomato Project. From the 'Acey' family, a cross between 'Variegated' and 'Dwarf Mr Snow', from which Dwarf Walter's Fancy also originated. Named by Craig LeHoullier after his grandparents (Elser and Walter). Introduced in 2021. The main feature of this variety is its variegated foliage type.
The fruit is bright yellow and weighs 180-300 grams, with a beefsteak-like bulge.
Full, beefy flesh with an exceptional flavour, well balanced between sweet and sour and quite intense.
Tree type plant, potato rugosa foliage, variegated, indeterminate growth.
