Herirage variety native to Indiana, USA. Presented in the Seed Savers Yearbook of 1983. Won the best "yellow pear" contest, in 1998, among 25 competing varieties.
Bright yellow cherry-like fruit, pear-shaped, 3 to 5 cm long for +/-30 grams.
Juicy flesh with a good sweet taste.
Tendency to crack in rainy weather.
Plant with large bushy development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very good production until frost.
