Large pink fruit with yellowish shoulders, disappearing at full maturity, 250-500 grams, flattened beefsteak-like sometimes smooth or ribbed over much of the body.
Flesh with a creamy texture, sweet taste and excellent flavor.
Variety naturally adapted to cool summer and/or short season regions. Good productivity.
