Variety originating from Indiana, USA, created and developed by Alan Bishop, takes its name from the color of its flesh which reminds the famous spirit.
Large round fruit, slightly flattened and wavy at the top, from 150 to 400 grams.
Green skin marbled and streaked with dark green, the apical part is veiled of pink with maturity.
Flesh of green beef veiled of pink, excellent taste well balanced acidity/sweetness.
Small plant of approximately 1.20 m.
Tendency to circular cracking. Long shelf life and suitable for drying.
